职位描述
Function Target:
Deliver aggressive and profitable growth by organizing and supporting a portfolio of stores on selected Ecommerce platforms, while contributing to developing and executing the Ecommerce Strategy.
Position Overall Responsibilities:
To manage Reima E-com business on the selected platforms and to secure Reima has the optimum product assortment to meet the market demands, and that this assortment is well positioned in the market to achieve commercial success.
Key Performance Indicators :
1. Play an active role in establishing an ecommerce strategy for the China market, set annual target planning and control budget.
2. Monthly E-commerce sales target achievement and review.
3. Expand new E-commerce sales channels and expand online business in China.
Working relationship:
1. INTERNAL: Local and global ecommerce organization, local sales, marketing and merchandising organisation.
2. EXTERNAL: Platforms, TPs and Media.
DUTIES
1. Work closely with merchandising team on the pricing, forecast the purchase and demand need. Also collaborate with local management develop assortment priorities that maximize online category rotation and profitability.
2. Work closely with TP to plan and implement sales target / promotion plans / resource arrangement and integration in each of the product line, to monitor KPIs as well as review online performance in general.
3. Actively involved in online sales campaign development, execution and implementation. Develop strategies and action plans for driving traffic to online stores.
4.Plan and manage new product launches in online stores. Organize and execute the new product go live online sales activities and push sales. Lead annual biggest online promotion events, like 11.11 promotion to realize a sales blowout.
5. Analyze customers’ online sales data / preference, forecast sales trends and plan our sales strategy accordingly.
6. Intelligence concerning competitors and market trends on platform level.
7. Keep a close eye on the conversation and return ratios on store level.
8. Maintain a good relationship with platforms and social media.
9. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure having wanted brand presence and utilization of visual assets to support conversion, cross selling and brand building across the platforms.
10. Collaborate in developing Reima Friends loyalty program to drive repeat purchase also in ecommerce platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years of ecommerce experience, preferably with the experience in initiating E-com in a company.
3. English Fluent both written and oral.
4. Having worked with T-mall, JD as well as some social media platforms. And Familiar with their operation and management rules.
5. Solid knowledge of online sales promotion activities, experience in Taobao 11.11 and JD 618 events.
6. Market insight, quick response and judgement.
7. Have strong business mind, be good at grasping consumer purchasing behavior, and good at grasping business opportunities from a large number of data analysis indicators.
8. Solid skills of office software, Excel, Word, PPT and excellent data analysis and reports ability.
9. Having worked with E-com in a fashion/footwear company, experience in a Children's wear brand will be add value.
10. General interest in fashion, with good fashion sense and taste.
