岗位职责：
1、为高端外籍人士、驻京使馆外籍客户等提供中高端公寓的买卖和租赁业务的全程服务
2、负责新外籍客户开拓，外籍客户信息的搜集，获取订单；
3、与外籍客户进行沟通，及时掌握外籍客户需要，了解外籍客户状态；
4、定期对外籍客户档案进行分析、整理、维护客户数据库；
5、参与合同的谈判与签订，负责收集市场和行业政策。


任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，21-30岁；英语专业或爱好英语者
2、五官端正，形象较好，具备良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力；

3、拥有良好的职业道德和敬业精神，较强的服务意识和团队精神；
4、有积极进取的精神及接受挑战的信心；
5、有较好的中英文水平，口语流利，能很好的用英语进行电话沟通，英语听说读写能力良好，能很好的用英语和客户进行洽谈业务；
6、注明：没有房产从业背景者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. We provide full sets of services of the sales and leasing of high-end apartments for foreign nationality personage and embassy staff members living in the Beijing.
2. Developing foreign clients and collecting their data and taking orders.
3. Communicating with foreign clients and understanding their needs and tracking their orders.
4. Regularly analyzing, sorting and maintaining the foreign client’s data base.
5. Participating in the negotiating and signing of the contract, collecting related information from the industry and market.


Job Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, 21-30 year’s old, English major or interested in the study of English.
2. Nice looking and healthy body, good communicating and language skills.
3. Possess good professional ethics and spirit, service consciousness and team work spirit.
4. Positive and ready to accept the challenges.
5. Good Chinese and English level, fluent oral English, communicating well on the telephone, conduct business talks with foreign clients.
6. Give priority to those who don’t have real estate work experience.
