1、 协助质量部经理建立、规范、运行及完善质量管理体系，确保符合公司标准；

2、 审核员为全日制工作、弹性工作制。办公地点为所在区域办公室；

3、 负责审核客户现场，可跟随服务团队或单独例行审核；如发现违反公司零容忍事件，由审核员开具零容忍处罚单。

4、 每月固定完成20个客户现场审核工作，每季度完成一轮区域VIP客户的现场审核；

5、 月度审核客户以区域重点客户为主，每月25日前制定次月计划并与直线经理确认并告知区域总监；

6、 针对区域审核中发现的不符合项，在规定时间内跟进、抽查、复核等；

7、 区域客户如出现重大服务质量投诉，审核员应安排现场相关质量审核；

8、 对多次重复出现的服务质量投诉客户应进行必要的现场审核；

9、 对区域质量问题（普遍性问题）进行归类、总结，提交区域质量审核月度总结报告；

10 、定期参与全国、区域质量相关会议、培训，制定培训计划；

11、完成直线经理（或区域总监）临时特别安排的现场质量审核；

要求：

1. 大学专科以上学历，三年以上本行业或工厂QC质检类工作经验；

2. 居住在招聘区域所在的重点城市，可接受夜班、外地出差；

3. 能够熟练的对Word/Excel等办公软件进行编辑操作；

4. 良好的责任心，执行力强，工作认真负责。敢于直面指正任何不合规的现象；

5. 能够与所负责外部客户（或内部职能部门）进行高效的面对面沟通，并定期完成审核资料整理和培训；
