工作职责:

Keys among the primary responsibilities for this role will include: participating in the designing and implementing of a sound trade compliance program of the company, providing ongoing trade compliance counsel, supporting, as needed, various operational activities of the company in China and globally, and endeavoring to minimize potential risk exposures of the company.

任职资格:

1. A law or international trade degree (i.e., Bachelor of Law and/or L.L.M ) from a leading law/business school in China and/or overseas.

2. In-depth knowledge of and rich experience in handling trade compliance related matters (experience in dealing with U.S. export control related matters is especially favored) in the semiconductor (memory is preferred) industry.

3. A minimum of 5+ years related working experience.

4. Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

5. A team leader and also a team player with a proven track record in trade compliance practice areas, mature, willing to learn and improve oneself, self-motivated, hard-working and demonstrate sound judgment on complicated and/or ambiguous matters.
