职位描述
Purpose of this positions:
Build up win-win business partnership with our key account to achieve business target and company goal through:
- Understand the market and key account’s business, assist to develop JBP with CM’s valuable product;
- Integrate internal and external resource to maximize sales opportunities and increase customer satisfaction;
Mission 1 Business Plans Development Coordination
- Understand omni-channel strategy and work out seasonal key account business plan to achieve sales target and objectives
- Analyses and interprets data and applies the insight to identify customer opportunities, develop sales plans and implement promotion activities to grow share in key accounts
- Develop potential accounts for the country and region
Mission 2 Sales Delivery
- Increase BV contribution
- Balance of BV and profit through maximum sales efforts
- Ensure all managed accounts are kept updated of Pricing & Promotion/ Room Availability and Fluidity
- Closely work with RMP to deliver marketable offer
- Closely work with OC team to ensure a smooth booking process
Mission 3 Internal and External Relationship Establishment
- Conduct regular business review meeting with Key Account, identify existing issues and work out action plans to drive higher business growth
- Assist and support Key Account sales team to grow business in a proper and efficient manner
- Communicate to bridge internal and external stakeholders smartly
Mission 4 Marketing Activity Implementation
- Co-work with MKT and TMKT team to implement marketing campaign and activities
- Responsible for TMKT budget planning and implement with key account
- Input and update promotions and activities of CM to key account
- Arrange fam trip for product and market update
- Organize & implement CM roadshow and sales mission in region
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 3 years' working experiences in key account sales management
- Knowledge of sales & marketing tools and methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and excellent in execution, innovation is preferred
- Master user of Microsoft Office (Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, French is a plus
