Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

• Manages digital marketing plan.
• Manages promotion plan for either a specific offering or part of offerings within Information and Analytics and/or Consulting and Services targeted for a specific marketing audience.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Brand, Marketing Planning & Campaigns

• Provide input on the development and execution of the offering(s) in the annual Marketing Plan.
• Bring innovative ideas to strengthen IQVIA China brand positioning though impactful communication & campaigns. 
• Become the brand champion by always ensuring that all communications coming from the Asia Pacific region are aligned with the regional communication strategy/ brand voice.
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns. Be able to track and measure the campaign’s effectiveness and communicate results to various audiences by issuing a quarterly report.
• Plan optimal timing, progression, scope, and positioning of information released to internal or external audiences through the Communication Calendar
• Design and execute email campaigns for a wide range of topics and audiences
• Proactively do any market research necessary to better understand our clients’ needs and satisfaction.

Thought leadership 

• Take ownership over IQVIA China Commercial Business Unit Thought Leadership activities in the APAC region (webinars, virtual events, paper/magazine promotions etc.)
• Offline activities & Marketing collaterals.
• Write copy for marketing materials for internal and external audience, such as print ads, direct mail, case studies, product fact sheets, web pages, sales decks and brochures (collateral).
• Coordinate the event’s logistics for regional events such as arrange venue, develop stands, produce marketing collateral, etc. 
• Developing new communication toolkits for current and potential clients.
• Assist with admin support such as distributing/ shipping marketing collateral across the region. 
• Work with business stakeholders and cross-business partnership to invent and innovate promotional campaigns/projects.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five to eight years related Marketing experience. Good understanding of the use of the IQVIA China Commercial business offerings in the customer environment strongly preferred. 
• Preferably from healthcare/ pharma industry or majored in related discipline. Journalism / science background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Good writing skills, strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
