      1. Establish OEJ requirement for raw materials, process parameters and product characteristics

•   Conduct a general Process Control Plan (***) to identify the control parameters of each process.

• Document OEJ manufacturing requirements

• Deploy OEJ requirements to other suppliers/ factories.

  2. During conception, harmonize the accessories/ spare parts/ construction are being used

•   Suggest a good construction for production, e.g. double security system for those items less than 3 years old

• Review IM to ensure it is simple and easy to assemble.

  3. Establish a best practices pool and standardize to all factories

• Create a standard process requirements for OEJ

• Deploy specific construction requirement to suppliers/factories

• Formalize the best practices for critical operations and processes

• Deploy the standards to the factories

• Evaluate the processes and follow CAP     

        4. During manufacturing, improve the efficiency and optimize the production

• Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) for each OEM product

• Conduct specific *** to identify control parameters and determine critical quality check points

• Work with factory engineer for line set up and line balancing for an efficient production

• Review and recommend an appropriate tooling are set up for a fool-proof production

• Ensure proper work instruction has been developed and displayed for each workstation

• Conduct regular line audit based on specific *** and work instruction to ensure its compliance

• Develop and follow up line audit CAP for continuous improvement

Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with 5 years in  manufacturing  environment

• Minimum 5 years experience in engineering tasks

• In-depth knowledge in manufacturing processes of plastic, wood, plush and etc

• Familiar with European Testing Standard EN71, including New Toys Safety Directive 2009/48/EC

• Good command of English and Mandarin

• Ability to work in autonomy

• Ability to work with different parties including laboratories, suppliers and European counterparts
