Roles & Responsibilities
-Responsible for the implementation of controls systems for Powertrain programs.
-Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering Process Team during cost study and simultaneous engineering phases to develop controls system and strategy related to Controls Hardware, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Safety Interlocks, Software, Quality Logistic System- Component Management Strategy, MES Error Proofing, etc.
-Work with OEM's to ensure that they adhere to for Powertrain Operations Controls Specifications and meet defined controls strategies.
-Involved in drawing approvals, and machine runoff at OEM's.
-Coordinate machine installation and launch on plant floor.
-Responsible for ensuring machine safety procedure signoff during installation.
-Responsible for leading the commissioning activities with the OEM's for equipment on the plant floor.
 
Qualifications & Skills Required
-Bachelor student or above in Automation or Electrical Engineering or related field
-Ability to work independently in a stressful environment.

-Team worker, good communication skillse

-Proficient oral and written English skills.
