Roles & Responsibilities

-You will be the Assembly Process Engineer responsible for the China PTME powertrain program assembly process development per Ford standard deliverable at each milestone interface with PD and global teams for new process and technical development with assembly digitization application. 
-Deliver engineering documentation such as process illustrations, tool set up drawings etc.
-Follow quality processes and Deliver related documentation (DCP, Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA),Error Proofing etc.)
-Responsibility for assembly process development to support supplier equipment design, runoff, delivery and launch for New Programs.
-Work with Global Manufacturing Service team to deliver Virtual Assembly and Manufacturing Assessment via Digital tool to support engineering development and verification.
-Join Interface/alignment review with Global/CN PD teams to provide the Engineering feasibility study and support the Design Change Management.
-Support technology development and innovation application
-Support Process Deviation Requests and Decision Records

Qualifications & Skills Required

-Bachelor student or above in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field

-Good communication skills, optimistic and positive attitude

-Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination skills

-Software skills, such as AutoCAD, CAPP, Virtual Simulation etc. are preferred

-Proficient oral and written English skills
