Roles & Responsibilities

-Support advanced programs study with MP&L cost input of Facility and Tooling and Freight & Duties.

-Facilitation of the Global Change Management Process to ensure consistent business practices

-Ensure BOM accuracy through validating, analyzing and timely processing of notices

-Ensure prototype BoM accuracy and parts delivery on time to meet program Material Receive Date (MRD) and build date

-Manage production parts inbound & outbound shipments thru FCO trading company to Ford overseas plants.

-Monitor Customs regulations and notify internal parties impacted by regulatory changes to ensure appropriate changes to systems, classifications or processes are implemented

-Training suppliers for MP&L system and continuously improve supplier delivery performance ratings.

-On time delivery to support Lincoln/Ford BU wholesales

-Monitor the Finished Vehicle’s inventory and aging. Track the FCO import and export Finished Vehicles    

Qualifications & Skills Required

-Bachelor degree or above, major in Supplier Chain Management or Logistics management, Business Administration, International Trade, Automotive engineering etc is preferred

-Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal;

-Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools

-Strong analytical skills;

-Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
