Roles & Responsibilities

-Prepare strategy papers to depict Data, Facts and Assumptions in a logical manner and accurately represent Powertrain Manufacturing point of view to support      various management reviews and Cycle Plan discussions

-Secure adequate study requirements & assumptions from Planning, PD and other relevant cross functional teams.
-Present program papers in required manufacturing review forums
-Lead the Interface/ liaison / achieve effective working relationships with Powertrain Manufacturing – process, industrial engineering and delivery teams and with other cross functional teams in Ford and JV…under the ONE Ford Vision
-Lead local team meetings between JV Partners and CN Powertrain Manufacturing (Nanjing)
-Lead global alignment of studies with PTME teams to ensure an aligned position on joint studies or similar topics

Qualifications & Skills Required

-Bachelor or above in Automotive Engineering or Business Management or related field
-Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Proactive team player, excellent accommodation and communication skills, can-do attitude.
-Excellent Office software like Excel and PowerPoint skills.
-Proficient oral and written English skills (English CET-6 is preferred).
