线上运营职位描述 Job description for online operations

主要职责Key resposibility

本职位以O2O外卖平台日常运维为主，与外卖运营同事配合维护并提升店铺销量。线上运营的主要工作包含但不限于以下内容：

This position focuses on the daily operation and maintenance of the O2O takeaway platforms, working with takeaway operations colleagues to maintain and increase store sales. The main tasks of online operations include but are not limited to the following:

协助电商经理提升各外卖平台店铺排名及销量:

Assist e-commerce manager to improve store rankings and sales of various takeaway platforms：

1. 全权负责CHEERSDE 外卖平台，为齐饮品牌制定全国外卖政策
2. the sole connection between CHEERS and the platforms and develop the all over waimai strategy for the brand
3. 维护店铺在饿百、美团外卖、京东到家等O2O平台上的日常运营；
4. intain the daily operation of the store on O2O platforms such as Eleme, Meituan, and JDdaojia
5. 分析管辖店铺的营业情况、客流情况，及时更新调整店铺活动，提升平台单店销量；
6. alyze the business situation and customer flow of all participating stores, timely update and adjust store activities and increase platform single store sales.
7. 外卖店铺日常营销活动设置调整，包括饿了么、美团外卖、百度外卖、京东到家。
8. ily adjustments for all marketing activities of O2O stores, including Eleme, Meituan, JDdaojia
9. 直营店外卖平台官方流量活动报名
10. gistration for all official platform promotions
11. 关注平台流量活动，根据店铺商品销售情况，及时提报参与官方活动；
12. serve daily all platform traffic activities, and and communicate to all participating Stores in accordance with inventory and goods orders.
13. 负责各平台店铺客户维护，设计有效客户营销策略，处理客户评价；

21. 收集新店账户信息，沟通各平台经理创建外卖店铺账号。

23. 加盟商日常外卖运维答疑
24. estions and answers on daily O2O operation and maintenance of franchise partners
25. 协助完成电商平台产品上新，替换新产品图，产品有关信息上传，包括淘宝、京东、微店以及小程序店铺。
26. load and adjust all product related information, images and designs on all platforms ongoingly.
27. 电商平台产品POS入单
28. ter all E-Commerce platform orders in the e-commerce POS on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Competencies

任职资格

1) 有2年以上外卖（饿了么或者美团）运营工作经验，能独立运作店铺，对销售额负责

Experience in Eleme and Meituan platforms (at least 2 years)

2) 大专及以上学历，电子商务，市场营销类等相关专业优先

Associate degree/college in Ecommerce, Marketing major.

3) 熟悉平台日常操作及平台营销推广工具使用，有电商团队管理经验者优先

Experience in on-line events and advertisement andleading a team.

4) 充分了解和掌握电子商务的运营模式，熟悉电子商务运营的订单提交/订单处理/物理配送/客户服务等各项流程。

Fully understand and master the operation mode of e-commerce, familiar with e-commerce operation order submission/order Processing/Physical distribution/customer service and other processes.

5) 具有良好的网络营销策划技巧，敏锐的市场洞察力，完善的数据分析能力。

Have good network and marketing planning skills, comprehensive market insights and strong Data anylitics skills.

6) 能主导并协调销售平台和内部对接部门，策划、执行促销活动并进行数据分析

Be able to lead and coordinate the sales platform and Internal department, plan and implement promotional activities and carry out data analysis.

7) 具备基础英文听说读写能力者优先

Basic English communication skill.

8) 具有独立可靠的工作能力
