? To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work. 

? To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects. 

? To take the responsible for the execution of the Time To Market (TtM) for individual development programs in China. 

? To predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers. 

? To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form). 

? To foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success.

? To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues. 

? To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed. 

? To execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as projects transition to launch phase and start of production. 

? To follow and continuously improve project management system, contract review and APQP processes.

? To contact with customer for detailed request to Inalfa

? To create, update project timing following customer and internal request & change 

? To do Budget planning, cost control and profitability management for project, do monthly tracking with finance 

? To perform gateway meeting to ensure the maturity of project and product        

? To do information sharing and problem solution within the project team 

? To get points or idea from lessons learned of other projects and also do summary of own projects 

? To perform the role of the technical consultant at the customer, perform the interface function between all development departments of Inalfa roof systems to the customer. 

? To do the decision about the approval of project results and the consideration of change requests and changes. 

? To attend the internal & external Audit. 

? To report project status to management in China & Global  

? At the supervisor’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company operations.

? Be able to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents .

? Proven capabilities to be an effective communicator, facilitator and problem solver in front of customers and suppliers alike. 

? Provide effective oral and written reports to department heads, customers and suppliers. 

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

? Excellent structured problem solving skills. 

? Skills in resource planning and leveling .

? Be able to manage cross projects events.

? Understanding of AIAG requirements for PPAP/APQP .

? Understanding the requirements in IATF 16949 Quality System  .

? Thinking outside the box.

? Goal focus and Customer focus .

? Team play.

? Bachelor or above in Automotive, industrial engineering or business administration, engineering background is preferred. 

? Proficient command of the Mandarin, English language in both spoken and written, the second foreign language is a plus .

? The knowledge of project management methods, tools, PMP certification is a plus.

? Have Great Wall Motor project experience.

? Excellence application of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.).

? At least 3 years of project management with engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing, at international company or in Automotive industry will be a plus.

? A minimum of 2-3 years combined auto industry experience at OEM supply base .
