Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Associate Director
Division: GroupM Interaction
Position Summary: This position will take the lead to create GroupM competence in online video advertising including planning, content marketing, and video related analysis, as well as drive and manage key projects in the GroupM Digital Lab.
Main Responsibilities:
·Partner with GroupM agencies to identify client needs in relation to online video advertising, content marketing, and video-related analysis
·Assist in planning and executing online video media buys, including modeling, development of spot plans, and post-buy reporting and analysis
·Create branded content ideas applicable to online video based on client business goals and market environment.
·Manage relations with external online video platforms to ensure we have sufficient resources for client campaigns
·Conduct in-depth study and analysis of online video sites, industry trends, and new developments relevant to advertisers including:
-Online video user numbers and behavior
-Market share and business strategies of key players
-Ad formats and trends in video campaigns by sector
·Assist in the establishment, operation, and promotion of the GroupM Digital lab
·Brainstorm ideas on how best to create and promote a showroom to highlight the latest technologies, devices and applications, and find ways to apply the projects to digital advertising
·Work with vendor partners to build and launch the Digital Lab
·Lead and manage multiple projects to be included within the Digital Lab, maintaining momentum through the introduction and promotion of fresh projects
Requirements:
·More than 6 years of experience in China's digital and/or agency sectors
·Experience in online video with preference given to applicants with both video and agency experience
·Innovative thinker in-touch with key digital trends and with the ability to connect trends across to actionable insight for advertisers.
·Excellent Powerpoint skills; able to use Powerpoint to rapidly create tables, graphs, and well-designed pages that elegantly communicate market information
·Strong communication and presentation skills, in both Mandarin and English
