岗位职责：

1.对SEO有一定了解，能挖掘、分析、优化网站关键词，提升网站关键词的搜索排名；

2.跟踪并研究搜索引擎的排名机制和优化规则，并提出合理的优化建议；

3.能够根据公司战略发展要求，制定全面的搜索引擎优化策略；

4.跟踪监测页面流量转化数据和用户行为分析的情况，与相关团队进行沟通合作，提出改进意见和优化策略，并跟进落实和后期效果的跟踪监测；

5.负责推动公司网站内容、结构的创建和优化；

6.网站统计数据进行分析，根据数据对网站风格、架构、功能、专题等栏目提出改进和推广方案。

任职要求：

1.两年以上SEO搜索引擎优化相关工作经验（有百度、360、搜狗等相关工作经验者优先考虑）;

2.较强的数据分析能力，能够分析转化率；有一定的运营思维；

3.熟悉搜索引擎算法及优化原则, 有企业网站SEO成功案例优先;

4.对互联网有敏锐的嗅觉，善于根据网络的趋势合理安排和改善网站的优化和推广;

5.有较强的文字功底，具备网站专题策划和信息采编能力；了解网站开发、运行及维护的相关知识;

6.中英文流利（口头和书面）;

7.市场营销、电子商务、媒体等相关专业优先考虑；

8.良好的沟通协调能力，工作细致、思想活跃、具有团队合作意识，能够独立完成工作。
