工作职责：

1.       Plans, prepares, reviews, and executes test cases with rigor and precision, and ensures all tasks are completed on time.

2.       Functions as the SME for testing within project scope for functional testing and automated testing activities.

作为项目范围内的SME功能测试，进行功能测试和自动化测试活动。

3.       Defines a testing strategy at a project level from a process, functional and technical aspect. Ensures test strategy is adhered to within project scope throughout project execution.

从过程、功能和技术方面定义项目级别的测试策略。确保测试策略在整个项目执行过程中在项目范围内得到贯彻。

4.       Prepares and maintains the test plan, provides key input on test schedules and resourcing.

准备和维护测试计划，提供测试时间表和资源的关键输入。

5.       Performs all kinds of tests as required by the product (functional, integration, smoke, performance, usability, regression etc.)

根据产品要求执行各种测试(功能、集成、冒烟测试、用性、回归等)。

6.       Escalates blockers and critical issues in testing.

升级测试中的不足和关键问题。

7.       Closes and documents test results.

关闭并记录测试结果。

8.       Functions as the POC and representative of the testing team at a project level in the absence of a test manager or as needed.

在没有测试经理的情况下或者根据需要，作为项目级别的测试团队的POC和代表。

9.       Works hand-in-hand with Development, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to promote constant collaboration during the entire development lifecycle.

在整个开发生命周期中，与开发人员、业务分析人员和其他参与者携手合作，以促进持续的协作。

10.    Prepares and analyses test history and appropriate quality metrics, and initiates improvement plans for test activities for future releases.

11.    Audits the testing process and practices within the project team and leads corrective actions and further improvement plans.

审核项目团队的测试过程和实践，并领导纠正措施和进一步改进计划。

12.    Mentors and coach testing team on QA-related skills, processes and methodologies.

在与QA相关的技能、过程和方法方面指导测试团队。

13.    Responsible for the upskilling of the testing team within the project scope for both technical and functional matters.

14.    Able to move and be reassigned, ramp up quickly, collaborate well and establish a testing process if needed.

能够移动和重新分配，快速提升，良好合作，并在需要时建立测试流程。

15.    Researches and promotes other test engineering best practices where applicable beyond the current project assignment as needed.

16.    Defines the appropriate test automation framework for new or existing projects as needed. This includes owning and driving the activities related to the evaluation, design and implementation of test automation tools and frameworks.

任职资格：

1. Must have a minimum of 5 years solid experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing

3. Must have a minimum of 3 years solid experience in leading testing teams.
4. 有至少3年领导测试团队的经验
5. Must have extensive Automation Testing experience in different application platforms.

7. Must have expert knowledge/experience in Selenium, Robot Framework or other automation tools
8. 具有Selenium, Robot Framework或其他自动化工具方面的专业知识/经验
9. Must have Agile methodology know-how and experience.

11. Can fluently communicate (written and verbal) in both Mandarin and English
12. 利地用普通话和英语进行交流（书面和口头）
13. Travel domain knowledge is a plus

CWT China
