1.  Customer QA support Responsible for all activities around questionnaires and questions for all BtB customers managed by FCIS&FCIB (focus on Asia and Pacific customers). 

 ·       completes customer questionnaires and answers questions via standard information, when needed working together with FCI QA (sales) colleagues 

 ·       drives standardization and consistent reply to customers (one face to the customer). 

 ·       identifies and implements improvements in QA processes that lead to higher performance in QA support, ensures implementation of RFC/FCI standards and systems relevant for customer QA support 

 ·       ensures correct documentation and administration of QA related information shared with customers 

 ·       follows up specification change requests from customers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (production locations, QA (Sales) FCI, R&D, TSS, etc.)   

 2.  Issue coordination & complaint support Responsible for timely and effective quality/ food safety related issue & complaints handling (products sold by FCIB in China) 

 ·       Ensures complaints are handled, solved and closed 

 ·       Supports sales in complaints/issue handling by involving all relevant parties (acts as central contact point for sales). This includes closely working together with production locations for all operating companies across the world in getting timely and good quality feedback on complaints. This includes content related discussions and challenging the factory in completed root cause analysis and proposed actions (not just coordination activities) 

 ·       Prepares statements for customers 

 ·       Assist other BG's practically in handling of (high impact) complaints through eg sample taking, inspection of stock, etc. 

 ·       Responsibility of complaint tracking on internal sharepoint China   

3.  Performance monitoring

 ·       Responsible for monthly Q report showing Q performance of RFC towards FCIS&FCIB stakeholders (incl. monthly reporting to QA Greater China)

 ·       Advises FCI QA and FCIB on priority setting to improve customer satisfaction of FCIB customers linked to quality   4.  Others 

 ·        Networks with relevant stakeholders like sales, other FCI QA (Sales) departments, China QA & RA team, R&D, TSS to act as the connecting QA contact within China. 

 ·        Is involved in relevant FCI QA (Sales) initiatives that support customer satisfaction and improve efficiency of QA (sales) 

 ·        Pro-actively anticipates on customer trends and ensures follow up 

 ·        If customer requests; supports sales during customer visits and in coordination of audits/visits to FCI locations. Supports locations in preparation for customer visits. 

 ·        Supports sales in development of quality agreements with customers 

 ·        Support review of QA-related changes on customer agreements (e.g. in supply chain or legislation)

 ·        Supports FCI in case of new product development for customers in China (with focus on China specific QA aspects) 

 ·        Assists in sensory tastings

Requirements:

·        Minimal 5 Years’ relevant experience  in B2B or B2C / commercial dispensing appliance /household appliances/equipment and/or dairy products QA.

·        Experience in setting up and managing QA standards and procedures.

Executing product quality assurance and complaints handling & analysis. Cooperation with China-located suppliers or producers.
