Security Specialist Job Description Requires 3-5 years of experience in security operation. Familiar with physical and technical security standard concepts, practices and procedures. Work under general supervision; typically reports to a security supervisor/manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities:

· Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance

equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and access points

· Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of

policy and procedures; restraining trespassers

· Provide excellent customer service

· Adhere to all company service and operating standards

· Remain in compliance with local regulations

· Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and

customers

· Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues

· Assist local security manager on project management, fire safety, daily security

operation, guarding management and incident investigations etc.

Top Skills & Proficiencies:

· Fund of knowledge of security system and local fire code/requirement

· Good at written and verbal English communication

· Capability to work under pressure and following complex instructions

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Capability to manage multiple tasks
