Qualification & Experience

    

1. Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Java development, maintenance & run mode operations
2. Ability to collaborate with a diversity of customer's teams to address important issues and to resolve them
3. Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adaption and learning of the business processes.
4. Should have experience working with JAVA, REST, RMI, SWING, JAVA Script, Rest API, MVC
5. Exposure to atleast two of the advance technologies- i.e. Angular JS, Typescript, React, Modern Apps, RER, Web Jobs, SPFx, HTML5, CSS3, PowerApps, Power BI
6. Experience working on SVN (Source Code Repository), Jenkins (Continuous build Integration solution), Maven, ANT, JIRA, Service Now (Incident Ticketing System)
7. knowledge of Document Sets, Content Types, Managed Metadata, Search.
8. diagnose, troubleshoot and fix complex production issues within predefined SLA.
9. understand the requirement , design and work on proposals with estimation for new projects as well as CRs.
10. Ability to drive the complete project/module end to end.
11. Ability to mentor, help and handle the team of 5+ resources in all aspects
12. Ability to work as part of the global team where team is working across different geographies.

8. 在预定义的SLA内诊断、排除和修复复杂的生产问题。

9. 了解新项目的需求，设计和评估方案。

10. 能够驱动整个项目/模块。

11. 在各方面指导、帮助和处理5+资源团队的能力

12. 能够作为全球团队的一员在不同的地理区域工作。
