出纳向财务经理汇报。

职责:

a .严格核对并确认原始发票、供应商信息、付款限额和审批。

b. 收付款申请，交会计核对无误后，交财务经理签署文件。

c .每天检查公司现金流动情况。通知ERP记录员更新新客户合同控制表，准备收款凭证。

d .每天总结银行和现金情况。准备银行及现金日报表。

e .银行结关。每周通过银行支付个人报销。在领取银行收款收据时，核对收款记录，整理收款凭证。付款后，更新现金日记账和银行存款日记账，编制余额。复印所有付款申请并存档。

f .记录咨询银行账户、税务局账户。

g. 撰写并提交月租申请表、特定人员的工资申请表。

h.  每月整理帐单。与外包记账员核对银行现金和余额。确保书与实际相符。记录付款凭证编号和系统序列号以便检查。

i.  根据会计准则，保管和控制印章、空白收据和支票、会计凭证。每天清点手头现金，核对现金日记账，每月结帐。

j.  推动客户负责人给出下个月收款情况。根据对上海公司现金流的估计，结合北京公司的估计数字，汇总后向经理汇报。

k.  月底对发票和实际进行调整。每月与对账单据一起交给会计。

l. 根据新签订的合同，更新办公租赁资料进行付款管理。

工作时间：周一至周五
