Summary:
This candidate should be a proven Regional Sales leader to support exponential growth in SPM for either AET business or Joint Repair Business. The person should be able to demonstrate the leadership skill and capability of driving much more aggressive growth through a high performing team. Meanwhile, he/she need to lead the team to build high brand image and loyalty amongst our customers and to establish a solid business foundation in terms of market access and channel capability/capacity.
Essential job functions:
1. Be accountable for the achievement of the sales target
? Develop the business/sales strategies & action plan in the assigned territory to ensure the sustainable growth in targeted product lines
? Build critical relationship with key customers and solid Key accounts plan and monitor the progress closely
? Win tenders through clear strategy
? Proactively Collect competitive/industrial intelligence in market and share insight with S+N organization
2. Develop a solid & capable channel network to support business growth through an effective channel management
? Effectively communicate selling strategy to the distributor teams to ensure its implementation
? Actively review business progress and support needed with the distributors to improve their capabilities
? Proactively build distributors pool to ensure SN have enough potential business partners for both penetration and expansion
? Proactively explore different business/channel model to deliver aggressive business targets
3. By working with the marketing team to develop and implement meaningful in-market programs to establish excellent S+N SPM brand image in the market
? Have clear plans of MKT programs on what/where/how to promote surgical technologies and products
? Be able to track effectiveness and efficiency of major invested programs
? Help develop regional/national COE & speakers
4. Building a high performing team with business integrity, the highest working standard, growth mindset and passion to win.
? Coach & training the team into high professionalism and to meet company standards according to the Sales Competency Model
? Execute robust performance evaluation, feedback and improvement plan among the sales team
? Drive executional excellence through coaching team’s skill and driving right sales
behaviors
? Conduct meaningful career talks and continue to attract & develop talent both internally
and externally
Requirements:
? Rich knowledge and sales management experience in medical device industry, prefer
Orthopedics industry
? Result driven, strong adaptability and learning agility
? Be with great Passion for developing talent and achieving higher goals
? Good business acumen and strategic thinking to capture revenue opportunities &
financial impacts related to the key actions
? Strong Leadership Skills and communication skills – can engage and coordinate with
internal and external stakeholders to address opportunities and to enable success
? Excellent reputation for Integrity
