THE POSITION

Our Global Visual team spearheads the work to maximize, improve, encourage and build for the future every day, all day through Monki’s Area Teams in our markets and store management teams in over 100 stores in Europe and Asia. As a Field Visual, you will play an important role in moving the company towards its highly set goals by:

? Develop and execute local visual guidelines together with the Global Head of visual in order to enhance the customers shopping experience, maximize selling and strengthen the Monki brand.

? Ensure the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines across Asia in line with global visual directives. You ensure that the region has the right information and knowledge to execute the visual guidelines on local level.

? A leader to manager area visual team together with area manager, build your network and develop cross functional dialogues in order to create meaningful growth.

? Ability to set goal and lead others towards set goals.

? Good training skills, ensure and promotes development and succession.

? Good communication skills, coordinates and maintains good collaboration with relevant internal and external collaboration

? Extensive experience in managing remote Visual teams

? Expertise from Visual Merchandising in retail and fashion brands, understanding and interest in fashion trends

Please note that important part of your role will be to visit stores/support store openings.

YOU

We believe that you will bring retail insights, creativity, problem solving skills, salesmanship (or saleswomanship!), and an analytical and strategic mind-set to this position. You will also bring five years (or more) experience of visual merchandising in a fashion context, as well as the coaching skills to help others grow through clear directions, feedback and by being a great example. You are good at clear, inspiring communication, and are very capable in handling Adobe creative suit (InDesign & Photoshop).

As a person, you are a self-starter who works well independently and in a team. You know that it’s cool to be kind and to have an ambitious mind: you’re eager to join a team that aims high and works hard to achieve constant development.

Please note that we are an international company and our internal language is English. In this position, great English is a must. Additional language skills are a plus.
