1、负责收集/分析上海的招聘需求，筛选/推荐简历、组织面试、进行初始评估及复试跟进、薪酬谈判、发送OFFER LETTER；

2、负责建立并维护有效的招聘渠道，不断了解新兴招聘渠道，并对效果进行评估与建议；

3、建立候选人库，与候选人建立长期联系；

4、负责配合开展公司年度、半年度员工评估工作；

5、负责对提升雇主品牌及企业文化提出建设性意见，并配合实施。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科毕业，管理类、心理学类专业毕业优先；

2、4年以上工作经验，2年以上数字营销（口碑营销、social media）公司招聘工作经验或服务该行业客户的猎头工作经验；

3、具备非常强的学习能力，能快速学习行业知识、心理学知识、招聘技能等；

4、具备非常强的自驱力，结果导向，乐观自省。
