Strategic purpose of the position:

As a key member of China CA team, responsible for Government Affairs, External Communication, Internal Communication and Sustainability for China National Office and Southern China.

？职位的战略意义：作为嘉士伯中国CA团队重要成员，负责嘉士伯中国总部办公室和华南地区的外部传讯、内部传讯、政府事务和可持续发展。

Main job responsibilities工作职责:

Communication (External & Internal)

- Establish and maintain relationships with key media in Southern China. Handle media enquiries.

- Develop and implement communication initiatives with the purpose of lifting corporate reputation, enhancing industry visibility, supporting brand PR, increasing employee engagement, facilitating talent attraction and etc.

- Lead and participate in developing external press releases, and internal e-newsletters, Enterprise WeChat articles, CEO messages and etc.

- Co-create social media content for both external and internal communication. Lead and participate in the development of social media platforms including WeChat articles, short video and etc.

- Lead and participate in the management of Townhall Meeting and other internal communication events.

Government Affairs

- Develop and implement Government Affairs initiatives in Southern China.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, such as governments, industry associations, foreign diplomatic missions and etc. in support of business development.

Sustainability

- Support the implementation of Together Towards Zero, Carlsberg’s sustainability program, in Southern China.

Qualification & Personal Attributes:

任职条件：

· Education : Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or public relations is preferred 教育背景：新闻，传媒或公共关系学学士优先

· Language : Excellent speaking and writing abilities in both English and Chinese. 语言要求：出色的中文和英文口语、写作能力

· Experience : minimum 8 years experiences in government affairs, corporate communication, journalism, public relations and/or marketing communications, or related field. 经验要求：8年以上政府事务，企业传讯，新闻，公共关系或相关领域的工作经验

· Excellent PPT skill. 出色的PPT技能

· Excellent communication skill. 出色的沟通技巧

· Proved experience in social media content creation and management is preferred.有扎实的社交媒体运营和内容生产经验者优先。
