About this opportunity
Responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of sales training programs that effectively support the development needs of Align Technology’s commercial teams. Training content focuses on iTero intra-oral scanners & services, digital dentistry industry, digital restorative and orthodontic workflows incorporating existing selling models used for Invisalign. The Sales Enablement Manager (iTero) works closely with sales & marketing leadership to assess training needs of the commercial teams and collaborates with APAC Sales Operations team to project manage the execution.
In this role, you will…
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Design a state of the art, agile training curriculum for the iTero Product and services Franchise that reduces the ramp up time for Align’s commercial sales teams (direct and distributors).
? Work with APAC Sales Operations and iTero Sales Management team to establish and implement an iTero Sales Process with existing trainings on selling skills that provides a foundation for coaching and development
? Collaborate with Sales Training’s instructional design team to develop a blend of virtual and instructor led training that can be accessed by internal and external sales teams.
? Facilitate introductory and ongoing iTero training to all commercial teams based on the required proficiency for their role.
? Work closely with the iTero Marketing Team to develop effective training for new sales tools and product launches
? Collaborate with iTero and Invisalign sales teams to identify sales collateral which advances the sales process forward
? Co-travel with Align’s commercial teams (Invisalign, and iTero) to become an expert in the Align Digital Platform
? Work with iTero Sales & Marketing Management to manage the creation of training programs for regional and national sales meetings.
? Collaborate with the Sales Training Operations team to create an evaluation strategy that monitors and measure training effectiveness.
? Ensure that all training is of a professional standard and that employees can articulate the product value propositions to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Exceptional oral and written communication in English. Speaking Mandarin is a plus.
? Strong analytical skills. Comprehension of financial reports, documents and statements
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, conflicting projects
? Demonstrated leadership, ability to motivate others and influence without authority
? Creative, self-motivated, team player, customer focused
? Excellent customer-centric communication skills
? Proactive with sharing and developing new ideas
? Self-starter that needs minimal supervision
? Advanced PowerPoint skills
? Project management skills
? Willingness to go the “Extra Mile” for extraordinary growth
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, advanced degree in science or business is preferred
? Minimum 5 years of recent Sales Management experience
? Experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales training preferred
