Role & Responsibilities:

Key deliverables within this role are as follows:

• Cooperate with internal & external partner ensure good inbound logistics service.
• Set up SOP & Lead time Matrix with carrier, 3PL and international courier company
• Organize monthly review meeting with service providers
• Manage inbound on time performance
• Maintain related report & system
• Provide track & trace for internal user
• Monitor operation date & regular dashboard, drive improvement
• Control Logistics cost efficiency
• Monitor service providers' performance on shipping documents, etc
• Support new project implementation
• Support Customs team on custom & CIQ
• Handle internal complain, record service issue log, drive corrective action plan
• Handle inbound logistics billing
• Manage China inbound logistics team, Coaching & developing subordinate.

Functional Competencies

List down specific set of functional skills required to perform in this role

• Experience in PFF Function, Logistics, CTC
• SAP / Tableau knowledge preferable
• Exposure to Data analyzation, Process optimization

Experience

• Minimum Relevant Experience：5 years
• Minimum Supervisory Experience: 2 years
• Nature of Work: 3PL, Logistics Operations, Similar Brand environment

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor level Degree
• Subject Expert In: Supply Chain

Language Proficiency: 

• Fluent in : English

• Average in : Mandarin / Cantonese
