Apollo Beijing is based in Yizhuang, Beijing, and sits within Apollo Fire Detectors Ltd, based in Havant U.K., a world leading manufacturer of high-quality fire detection solutions for commercial and industrial applications.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for talent acquisition, including making recruiting plan, recruiting channel management, screening and interview, offering process and on-boarding management.
负责公司人才招募,包括制定招聘计划,招聘渠道管理,简历筛选和面试,录用和入职管理等。
2. Responsible for C&B management including monthly payroll process, annual salary review and bonus pay-out process mandatory benefits, supplementary medical insurance, employer liability insurance, health check, compulsory benefits, holidays, etc.
负责公司的薪酬福利,包括每月工资,年度调薪,奖金,社保和公积金,雇主责任险,年度体检和福利,假期管理等。
3. Responsible for employment relationship, including labor contact management and any issue related with ER.
负责公司劳动关系管理,劳动合同管理等一切相关事宜。
4. Responsible for performance management including establish maintain an efficient performance and incentive system, probation assessment, annual performance review and feedback;
负责公司绩效评估管理,包含建立和维护有效的绩效评估体系,新员工试用期管理,年度绩效评估和反馈。
5. Define specific plant annual training plan and coordinate each course and program. Make sure training policy and documents are aligned with quality and safety requirements.
制定公司年度培训计划并协调执行培训课程及项目,确保培训政策和文件符合质量管理和安全管理的要求。
6. Responsible for all admin works including but not limited to process contract, manage vendor, organize company activity, process payment.
负责公司所有的行政工作,包含不仅仅限于行政合同管理,供应的管理,组织公司活动,行政付款申请。
7. Collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure daily HR& Admin operations matters are followed up properly
协调和配合公司各级领导,确保人力资源和行政各项日常工作运营有序。
8. Take up the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
上级领导安排的其它事项。
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and above
本科及以上学历
- Fluency English, skilled at Microsoft Office software
英语熟练,熟练掌握和使用办公软件
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in HR and admin function from multinational companies;
最少3年以上跨国企业人力资源和行政工作经验
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills ,teamwork and organizational skills;
良好的人际交往,口头和书面交流能力,团队合作和组织技巧;
- Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work;
