1. Meeting organizations and meeting minutes taking;

2. Team issues follow ups and reporting;

3. Reproting files preparation;

4. Documentation support;

5. Other administrative tasks. 

Requirements:

1. Strong motivation and sense of responsibility;

2. Good understanding of autos and interest in auto industry;

3. Engineering background prefered, automotive experiences as plus;

4. Very good English language skills and German as plus;

5. Good Microsoft office skill (Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.);

6. Qucik learning;

7. Very good communication.
