职位描述：
1. To overall organize/coordinate legal review cross regions towards overseas monetization business;
2. To advise on new product or service launches with an emphasis on consumer law, data protection, advertising and other compliance issues;
3. To advise on advertising related regulatory and compliance issues;
4. To contribute to development of best practice within global legal/ business team, to develop clear and practical processes and controls for advertising businesses.
职位要求：
1. Fluent oral/written English as daily working language;
2. Legal/commercial/business administration related background with solid knowledge on contract terms;
3. Over 3 years of project execution related experience, such as role of legal/commercial/contract management/PMO etc.;
4. Better to have experience in fields of technology, digital media, publishing, social media, apps; experience in advertising/media/creative agencies and knowledge of programmatic advertising technologies is a plus;
5. Solution oriented, motivated self-starter with strong multi-task handling and stake holder management.
