As Category Manager of a high demand product category and business, you will be responsible
for:
？ Leading the product concept development and innovation strategies growing to
eventually having more than three NPD each year catering to different channels.
？ Working together with the market insight, local and global R&D team to identify the
newest product category and consumer trends/ foresight, developing high-impact
products 0-1 and renovation catering to nationwide markets.

The Successful Applicant
？ More than 10 years from in-house environment in large FMCG companies, with long
termed experience + understanding for end-end new product development and
innovation.
？ Able to work with an entrepreneurial approach and able to hold/managing
communications with various stakeholders internally - especially global team members.
？ Able to demonstrate quick responses to environmental changes e.g. new corporate
competition, new product competition, channels marketing understanding to beat the
existing competitions.
？ University Degree in Marketing preferred, and great English as working language.
？ Importantly, candidate has a passion for the company brand, products and vision!
