职位描述
Here’s what an ordinary day looks like :
· You will be managing country level PnL - routes profitability (top and bottom line), target and commercial operation costs. Analyse commercial performance, make recommendations and seek group level alignment;
· You will lead and manage these commercial functions to ensure 100% integration and facilitates commercial KPI / deliverables - pricing (revenue), marketing and digital marketing, sales and distribution and branding;
· You will heavily involved in group/ cross - function or country level commercial related projects and digital innovation - Network, Operation, Product, Finance and legal
· Key stakeholders management - CEOs, GCCO and country level Board of Directors/Shareholders;
· You will act as the country level commercial key liaison in managing day-to-day commercial matters including external stakeholders - tourism, transportation authorities, business partners and etc.
You got to have these to carry out the job:
· Minimum of 12 to 15 years work experience within senior marketing positions with a proven track record in people/team management with a strong background from consumer business i.e FMCG, E-Commerce or OTA;
· Strong knowledge and interest in Digital Marketing with more in-depth out-of-the-box thinking;
· Experience in dealing with C-suite executives is a must with the ability to deal with business heads;
· Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management;
· Good analytical & presentation skills;
· Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language;
· Flexible & willing to travel whenever is required;

主要职责:
- 负责中国业务的损益管理,包括管理航线盈利能力(顶及底线),关键指标和商业运营成本。分析市场表现,提出商业建议并与总部协调一致;
- 领导和管理商务团队,确保100%整合商务团队并落实下达的KPIs及其它目标,包括定价(销售收入)指标,市场、数字化市场促销、销售、以及品牌等目标;
- 需要积极参与跨职能、跨国家、跨地区级的商业合作项目和数字创新项目,涉及到网络,运营,产品,财务和法律等各方面;
- 公司主要内外部相关利益方的管理-集团CEO,GCCO和各国分支机构的董事会成员及股东;
- 作为国家层面负责日常商务事务的对内对外联络人,如旅游局,运输监管当局,各方业务合作伙伴等。
岗位要求:
- 12至15年的市场相关工作经验,在人员及团队管理方面具有良好的业绩,并具有快速消费品,或电子商务,或OTA等背景;
- 对数字市场有深入的了解及兴趣,具备创新思维;
- 较强的相关利益者管理能力;
- 优秀的分析能力和表达能力;
- 流利的英文和优秀的沟通技巧;
- 工作需要时可以随时出差;
