　　任职要求：

　　1.管理、市场营销等相关专业本科以上学历

　　2.具三年以上生物CRO公司销售和市场工作经验者优先考虑；

　　3.受过战略管理、战略市场营销、管理技能开发、组织变革管理、合问法、时务管理等方面的培训

　　4.熟悉现代管理模式.熟练运用各种激励措施;有丰富的市场营销策划经验.能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙作.熟悉行业市场发展现状;具有优秀的营销技巧.较强的市场策划能力和运作能力;具备良好的口头及书面表达能力

　　5.工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维:具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力;优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力;其有高度的工作热情和责任感
