工作职责:
Goals
The job holder supports the Supervisor in executing the assigned China expansion strategy and in ensuring a successful retail operation of all new Master Franchises (MF’s) in China.
The job holder ensures a harmonised retail approach of the MF‘s. He establishes an efficient working relationship and partnership with the MF‘s, in line with the overall INTERSPORT strategy and based on constant improvement of the retail operations by supporting the MF‘s with new business ideas, concepts and his own retail initiatives.
The job holder supports the MF‘s to organise, develop and manage the retail operations so that the set qualitative and quantitative objectives are achieved in sales, market share, profit, marketing and customer satisfaction.
Tasks
The job holder is responsible for the following tasks.
Manage the retail operation objectives and take full responsibility for the results in line with INTERSPORT retail strategies and policies. Support and Manage the China MF’s in the following fields:
Monitor the development of MF’s retail operations, steer and optimize store working processes through
Intensive store presence
On-the-site check, meeting and adjustment
Tailor-made training/coaching programs based on INTERSPORT retail concept
Staff training implementation
Productivity planning
Sales & margin analysis
Selling and merchandising improvement
Monitor the recruitment and development of MF’s organisation
Assist MF’s in activating and improving b-to-b sales e.g. sales to sports clubs/associations etc.
Competitor monitoring
Ensure smooth integration of new China MFs
Supporting new MF’s in the phase of first store and ongoing openings through
Assess together with MF’s real estate team the potential locations for new stores to meet the INTERSPORT new store selection criteria
Monitor the MF’s recruiting and selecting of new store staff team and its orientation and training program implementation
Ensure the selection of core categories for new stores are based on solid market study and research by the MF’s
Ensure new store design and construction shall meet the INTERSPORT store concept guidelines
Ensure new store opening plans are well executed by MF’s particularly in recruiting and communicating with store target customers, developing and implementing the new store opening campaigns and merchandising the store in a professional and appealing style according to the INTERSPORT merchandising guideline
Ensure the smooth integration into the INTERSPORT business model for the first years by implementing all the INTERSPORT manuals as professionally transferred to MF’s
Exchange Best Practice with other INTERSPORT markets
Participate in such exchange occasions where necessary and possible and implement the retail learning into China MPF’s operation.
Reporting
Ensure all required reports from MF’s to INTERSPORT are submitted on time.
Ensure all required INTERSPORT internal reports are submitted on time
Additional tasks other than those specified above according to the needs of INTERSPORT China retail operation and expansion.

Competencies
Familiar with key retail indicators and measurements which influence the store P&L.
Familiar with store design, store layout and product density together with consumer shopping behaviour known and used for retail sales optimization
Deeply understand retail management, planning and store operations in China market
Capable to lead projects and work in a multi-culture and multi-lingual environment
Ready to travel and work several weeks/months either within China or abroad
Able to execute the assigned job tasks independently
Good negotiation, presentation and selling skills
Good social competence and team spirit
Passion for sports

任职资格:
Degree in business administration or similar.
5-10 years operation related experience in retail industry, minimum 3 years in managerial position of a store or of multiple stores. Experiences gained in the multi sport retail segment would be a plus.
Retail expansion experience would be a plus
Fluent Mandarin/Fujian, good English, both written and spoken, comprehension of South China dialects would be a plus
