The Residential Client Advisor is responsible for responding swiftly and professionally to service and product inquiries for fast growing indoor environmental services pioneer, PureLiving. This position involves fielding customer requests received through a variety of media (phone, email, website, WeChat etc.), responding to existing clients and maintaining relationships with employers and agencies. This role is well suited to confident, outgoing person who is disciplined enough to work independently, but who also values being a member of an enthusiastic team.

客户支持专员主要负责境纯的安居业务，需要对客户提出的产品与服务咨询提供及时和专业的建议。其工作内容包括通过电话、邮件、网站、微信等渠道处理客户的请求，维护与企业、社区、机构等客户的联系。该职位适合自律、自信、外向的人，不仅要能独立工作，而且需要具有团队精神。

Responsibilities: 职责

• Acknowledge all client enquiries and generate opportunity in company system within 4 working hours
• 回复客户的咨询，并于4小时内在公司系统中创建记录
• Independently and pro-actively follow up with customers’ service/ product inquiries with primary goal of successfully completing the transaction within expected timelines (24 hours of receipt)
• 、主动地跟踪客户的服务和产品咨询，确保在规定的时间内成功完成交易（付款后24小时内）
• Pro-actively approach old and new customers to promote services and products. This includes bi-weekly filter replacement reminders, follow up on current inquiries, and working with Marketing on occasional promotions to push specific categories.

• Regular review of all Residential open leads and related transactions in company system to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date

• Support Consulting team in coordination of home testing programs & remediation work

• Manage key client accounts’ fapiao issuance & monthly financial report generation

• Prepare for and attend relevant marketing events

Requirements: 任职要求

• Two+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, community relations or other related field
• 及以上的客户服务、市场、社区关系及其他相关领域的工作经验
• Friendly, extroverted and inquisitive personality; team player yet able to work independently

• High attention to detail, prioritizes use of company system to organize daily work

• Chinese passport or current (foreign) residents only

Work hours: 工作时间

• Working hours are typically 9:30am-6:30pm. May require occasional evening or weekend based on business requirements.
