Responsibilities:

As a SAP Consultant, you will be working hands in hands with function head and internal stakeholders in managing the project delivery, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with stakeholder, researching on the new market trends and developing new consulting products or services.

Scope of Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Responsible for successfully implement and maintain SAP ERP, focus on FICO and relevant module or other system integration with SAP.

· Responsible for ERP whole lifecycle management, include assessing, designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting.

· Manages external partner and ensure the quality of the deliveries, not only ERP system design and deployment, but also documentations.

· Responsible for solution selection, fact-based process to assess the most viable options for integrated systems (e.g. OA, CRM, HRIS, Bank).

· Responsible for process optimization, working with stakeholders on strategic business issues in the process areas of P2P, O2C, R2R

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO implementation and maintenance experience.

· Solid experience with 2-3 projects to implement SAP FICO module and pharmaceutical or Bio Tech industry experience is a plus.

· In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

· SAP PS implementation experience, finance related management consulting experience will be a plus.

· Ability to work with cross organizational users - Finance, Procurement, Operations, Qualify, R&D, etc. - to identify opportunities and drive them to resolution and translate end user issues into solutions and address complex situations.

· Previous team leadership experience preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of ownership.

· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.

· Degree holder or above, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information System or similar qualifications.

· PMP certification is a plus.
