·       Perform the payment for custom duty/import VAT/CT and check the correctness of COGS allocation

·       Prepare IC payment request and IC reconciliation

·       Responsible for the stock provision and reconciliation

·       Prepare margin analysis report on a monthly basis

·       Responsible for inventory adjustment and write-off

·       Manage the stock take and conclude the findings for further improvement

·       Communicate with customs if necessary

·       Customer code creation and modification

·       Review all tax entries to ensure the accuracy of posting, and prepare the monthly tax reconciliation

·       Handle the tax filing and prepare the related tax report in SYRUS

·       Ad-hoc assignment

Qualification

·      University degree

·      English

·      Experience with SAP is preferred

·      5+ years accounting working experience in MNC, experience in retailing in a plus

·      Responsible, Proactive, Good communication skill.
