职位描述
岗位职责
1.负责公司媒体化商业产品规划和管理，能够和业务一起为媒体化项目表现负责；
2.梭理公司媒体化商业资源需求，和产品经理制定产品功能并推进落地；
3.协同公司内外部资源，对接公同内部相关业务部门、服务商等来主动并驱动项目高效推进，确保业务目标的达成；
4.关注媒体发展趋势和行业动态，针对市场需求和竞品信息进行收集、分析和评估，输出有市场竞争力的产品方案；
5.负责媒体化项目管理，从需求确定到到上线，确保每个版本交付，保障项目稳定；
6.关注行业新技术，与时驱进，确保项目持续发展。
7.负责项目技术架构与方案的审核
任职条件
1.本科以上学历，3年以上大项目管理经验，2年以上java或者大数据开发经验，熟悉Linux
3.具有较强的风险意识，能够很好的识别项目风险，并做好风险应对；
4.熟悉在线营销、有较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通能力，能够有效整合团队资源推动业务发展；
5.了解商业产品知识，有很强的客户思维，不拘泥现状，从营销诉求出发推动产品创新；
6.优秀的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力、执行力和推动力、统筹规划能力，能承受一定的工作压力；
7.具备强烈的责任心，能够积极主动与业务部门深度沟通，理解快速变化的复杂业务模式，追求极致的产品体验。
