BMW Sales Operation Supporting Service
2.1 Project background
Sales administration team is responsible for the administrations of sales policies and sales programs. Ensure in-time and accurate financial reimbursement to dealers as well as clear status tracking of sales allowances.
The service provider will support administration team with focus on CoR reimbursement calculation and status tracking, new CoR system roll out and UAT, demo car reimbursement handling, etc.
2.2. Service scope
? Sales bonus/ allowance expense monitoring, program review and analysis.
? Support of product line manager by management of sales programs, policies and guidelines incl. application progress, calculation reimbursement and review program.
? To coordinate and communicate with relevant internal departments/ regions for all the related sales bonus/allowance operations for daily management
? Develop and coordinate with other departments for sales allowance topic and consolidate date and ensure a proper handling of all payment.
? System data maintenance and operation.
? Daily support to dealers on sales allowance reimbursement.
? Other jobs assigned by the manager.
2.3 Qualification
? Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, finance or other area Knowledge / Skills / Competences ? Good business and sales operation knowledge ? Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ? Quick understanding of business processes ? Strong capabilities in preparing reports, illustrations of analysis results as well as presentations ? Good communication & interpersonal skills and team spirit ? Organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage the complexity ? Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point ? Proficiency in Business English ? Ability to involve and work with other departments to achieve objectives. ? In-depth understanding of product segment development, competition and the performance for analysis purpose.
