ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensure compliance to the customers’ shipping documents (e.g. license, permit, certificate of origin, commercial invoice & packing list) are ready, available and passed to concerned parties

2. Match the pickup order and all relevant shipping documents with the Shipper’s letter of instruction

3. Process shipping documents and billing in C1

4. Arrange customs declaration and shipment handover

5.Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely

6.Arrange booking with carriers and subcontractors to make sure all shipment would be delivered in appropriate and profitable way.

7.Issue debit note of Freight and credit note of profit share, as well as local VAT invoice upon cargo on board.

8.Job file closing in due time after shipment departure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Good at written English & CET 4

2.Strong sense of responsibility and team work player

3.Customer service mind set

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1.College degree or above

2.At least 2 years of working experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
