Task:

§   Clarify plant MEP consumption total demand;

§   Proposal for MEP utilization factors;

§   Checking completeness of MEP drawings from local design institute;

§   Checking facility equipment capacity;

§   Set up facility equipment installation time line;

§   Management of MEP installation;

§   Support for MEP commissioning; training and handover;

§   Owner of MEP LOP;

§   Timeline tracking, host onsite alignment meetings among GC, Design company, supervision company and other interface companies.

§   Weekly review about project status and LOP.

§   Prepare weekly report and escalate key issues to client

Your Profile:

§   Bachelor degree or above in MEP engineering, excellent at using office software , especially at power point , excel

§   At least 3 years’ experience within the field of design and construction of buildings or built environment, preferably in the aviation and/or automotive industry

§   Established knowledge of industrial production processes

§   Good team player with outstanding communication skills

§   Utilized structural work approach and analytical thinking skills

§   Fluent English written and spoken

§   Able to work independent and able to think proactive

§   Good knowledage about design drawings and construction procedure.

§   Acceptance for business travel and projects all over China
