• Day to day support of Odoo system in and out of office for SJ Grand and its clients/prospects;

• Develop the necessaries queries, data exports and reports from the database in response to requests;
• Improvement of current infrastructure if deemed necessary;
• Performs routine, day-to-day hardware and software maintenance as assigned, and assists in proper upkeep and utilization of server systems;
• Handle windows and Linux servers, office365, and PfSense Firewalls
  
• Handles server emergency situations (hardware failure, OS issues) logically and intelligently;
• Basic internal support for the offices and liaison with IT maintenance service provider(s) for issues met by the personnel;
• External support for basic IT risks review in cooperation with IT service provider(s) and SJ Grand audit team based on a precise review methodology

• Any other support required by the management.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree with related major; 

2. Well command of Python;

3. Willing to listen and learn and with tech savvy; postive attitude and patient;

4. Good command of English Language (both written and oral).
