职位描述

  1. To manage all existing and potential World Courier customer in BeiJing and it’s immediate surrounding regions管理北京及其周边地区现有及潜在的World Courier客户
  2. To service all World Courier Customers effectively and identity and secure Up-Selling and Cross-selling opportunitieso World Courier客户提供及时有效的服务识别并确保增加销售和交叉销售机会
  3. To quantify revenue potential and validate customer information and needs through using the selection criteria(Needs Analysis Form) to produce quality leads and accounts to ensure World Courier achieves its overall sales/revenue/profit objectives and targets 通过使用需求分析表量化收入潜力验证客户信息和需求以产生高质量的潜在客户确保World Courier实现其总体销售/收入/利润目标和指标
  4. To generate accurate quotations and closure for customers为客户提供准确的报价及解决方案
  5. To meet set call targets according to customer call cycle plan, which is reviewed yearly and updated monthly根据客户的拜访周期计划完成设定的拜访目标,该计划经过年度审核并每月更新
  6. Monitor & review the existing network capability, with all aspects including agents, suppliers ,truckers & airlines, to achieve cost effective and high quality service.监控和审查现有的销售网络能力,包括代理商、供应商、货运司机和航空公司,以实现成本效益和高质量的服务
  7. To coordinate and manage Direct Marketing programs and ensure appropriate follow up协调和管理直销计划并确保适当的跟进
  8. To provide marketing and sales support to National Business Development Manager为中国区业务拓展经理提供市场及销售支援
  9. To participate in tradeshows/exhibitions参加贸易展览会
  10. To provide customer-oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues与销售相关的任何问题都提供以客户为中心的服务
  11. To investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints调查并解决客户的问题及投诉
  12. To proactively inform customers of any service failure and relevant operations service changes timely, and the alternative actions taken及时主动向客户通报任何服务故障和相关运营服务变更,以及采取的替代措施
  13. To liaise proactively and effectively with operations/back-office/support staff to ensure a high standard of customer service. 积极有效地与运营/后台/支持人员联系,确保高标准的客户服务
  14. To use pipeline management tool and CRM System(Sales Force) and ensure that business from new and existing customers are successfully negotiated in a timely manner使用pipeline管理工具和CRM系统,确保新客户和现有客户的业务能及时成功的谈判
任职要求:
1. Preferably tertiary education with minimum 3 years sales experience in related healthcare industry preferred大专以上学历,3年以上医疗保健行业销售经验.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of distribution and logistics concepts具备物流及快递相关业务知识
3. Good communication and telephone skills.良好的沟通及电话技巧
4. Commercial and customer focus以业务及客户为中心
5. Computer literate(Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Outlook) 电脑操作熟练(Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
6.Strong English and Mandarin(Written and Spoken) comprehension and communication is essential较强的英语和普通话(书面和口头)理解和沟通能力
