The position reports to pFusion PE/TE manager. Major focus on new process and new design verification, customer new tape out supporting, CP yield ramping and quality control, customer return analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. New Macro Verification

a) Define testing plan for pFlash Macro test chip based on process & design modification.

b) Hands on pFlash new Macro silicon debug, probing, verification and characterization.

c) Work with TD and design team to achieve new process or new design successful.

d) Develop engineering test program according to datasheet, test mode document and testing requirements.

1. Customer NTO Supporting

a) Define CP testing flow

b) Work with testing house troubleshooting of production issue. Low yield analysis on both testing and product issues.

c) Drive yield improvement and test time reduction projects to achieve cost effective.

2. Co-work with foundry to solve customer return, provide necessary EFA of flash macro.
3. Coordinate foundry pFlash qualification related items and provide technical supporting.
4. Technical supporting of other customer issues.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

1. Basic knowledge of semiconductor technology and fabrication process. Direct experience on flash memory will be plus.

2. Familiar with ATE coding and operation. Understand test methodology of memory products.

3. Basic knowledge of UNIX system.

4. Familiar with the office tools such as excel, word, ppt…

5. Coding skill on script languages for data process and analysis, such as VBA or perl.

6. Team work and excellent communication skill is necessary.

7. Oral and written English for daily work communication.

Required education and experience:

1. At least bachelor.

2. CET-4 or higher.

3. More than 2 years working experience on product or testing area
