Job Description:

1. Support on corporate affairs and maintain cross-BU license

2. Support on trademark/IP issues/advertisement review

3. Support legal counsel in doing legal research and legal analysis

4. Support legal counsel on contract review and translation

5. Support legal counsel on handling customer claims with business unit.

6. Draft and prepare legal report as required

7. Other tasks assigned by the legal counsel

 

Requirement:

1. Degree in Law from a reputable university, admission to PRC Bar is a plus

2. 0-3 working experience, experience in MNC is preferred

3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken

4. Demonstrate ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity

5. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
