职位描述

JOB SUMMARY

Automation trouble shooting on customer site
SPX equipment program upgrade, maintenance, problem solving etc.
Visit customer & Maintain customer relationship

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To offer trouble shooting, jobsite service, failures addressing and general training to jobsite operators, through both phone call technical supports / or jobsite visits, timely and efficiently.
To communicate with SPX oversea plants while needed, discuss and analyze issues to finally get proper solutions to serve end-users based on technical supports from oversea plants.
To assist AM sales to promote parts business during service visits.

SKILLS

· Familiar with automatic control theory, be familiar with Siemens, Rockwell and other control system, and can independently complete the programming

· Familiar with Intouch and WinCC configuration software

· Good communication skill and appetency.

· Good at Microsoft office operating.

· Fluent in written English.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate in area of Engineering, preferably process automation of instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering.
More than 3 years with relevant service engineer experience on automation
In the same industry is preferred
