Roles and Responsibilities:

? Performs repair and service on ISI Products. Works directly with end-users and distributors to return product to functional working condition.

? Provides technical guidance, training and assistance to distributor and end-user service personnel.

? Provides technical assistance and trouble shooting on ISI equipment and systems via telephone with technical personnel at customer and distributor sites.

? Prepares written reports on customer contacts which include: contacts, problems found and resolved, additional marketing and engineering information which may support existing and/or future product development.

? Assists Service Manager to manage replacement part inventory and the procurement of required replacement parts.

? Responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of parts and equipment within budget limitations established by service manager.

? Supplies active support to the Regional Sales & Marketing teams. Assisting in sales lead generation, product demonstrations, in-service training and other related activities.

? Complies with company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.

? Builds and maintains positive working relationship with end-user and distributor product service personnel.

? Works with regional Sales and Marketing personnel achieve high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

? Responsible for the implementation of specific product service programs under the guidance of the Service Manager.

? Works closely with Sales and marketing personnel to achieve regional sales and service objectives.

Skill/Job Requirements:

? Graduated from a top university with major in science or engineering.

? At least 3 years’ experience in related field is preferred.

? Good English in both verbal and writing.
