Responsibility:

 

1. Lead all P2P and T&E related stakeholder initiatives within the region, including the
2. wing-to-wing training program, spend strategy design and implementation, and the
3. PAY4 stakeholder engagement rhythm.
4. Manage shared service centre quality levels through service level agreements,
5. performance metrics and continuous governance rhythm.
6. Work with Business Finance and Global COE colleagues to maintain best-in-class
7. processes and application of policies.
8. Develop and implement procedures and operational ways of work in a standardized,
9. efficient and effective manner for all markets in the region in the realm in the P2P and
10. T&E stream.
11. Maintain an appropriate system configuration and IT environment to ensure effective
12. and efficient execution of P2P and T&E continuous finance processes

 

 

Requirement:

 

1. 5-10 years relevant professional experience with large team management in a
2. medium to large international company; experience with POC model preferred
3. Knowledge and experience with relevant statutory requirements preferred
4. Knowledge and experience with US-GAAP and/or IFRS
5. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and IT-PC literate
6. Experience with project management
7. Strong communication skills, team player, leadership traits
