Responsibilities：

1.  According to the Marketing yearly plan, develop the yearly digital marketing plan, and set the annual digital marketing objectives and KPI.
2. Complete the specific implementation and ensure the target is achieved base on confirmed yearly digital plan.
3. Develop good content on brand “we media” platforms including wechat, weibo, little red book and billibilli. Help brands deliver relevant and engaging content on these platforms to achieve word-of-mouth and conversion of sales.
4. Monitor the data, review & adjust the project in time to achieve the annual target.
5. Have the ability of resource negotiation, and get more third-party brands and platforms resources for the brands, so as to enrich the marketing form of the brand, and achieve the goal of win-win.  
6. Keep a positive and keen eye on the market and be curious about new things. Share the latest industry news & trends in time. 

 Requirements：

1.   Bachelor degree or above, Marketing major is preferred.

2.   More than 5 year marketing brand management experience in retail related industry.

3.   Proven ability and desire to help build a Marketing strategy, including planning, processes, methodologies and tools required to drive Marketing effectiveness.  

4.   Easy-going, creative, work under pressure, learn & apply and have a can-do attitude and take full responsibility.

5.   Cost conscious and result driven.

6.   Passion for fashion.
