Internal Sales EV Group China

we are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our team and help us to achieve our goals, as a highly motivated team player you will support our dynamic Sales Team in their daily tasks. Your future responsibilities are:

  

• Daily management of office for smooth operation with focus on support sales activities.

• Check monthly work attendance and expense reports for assigned regions & persons.

• Preparation of quotations and contracts.

• Preparation and organization of customer visits and customer trainings.

• Make travel arrangements, travel expense accounting and work attendance checking.

• Data administration and preparation of data analysis and reports in SAP, CRM and MS Excel.

• Administration and filing of documentation.

• Internal and external correspondence and customer contact.

• Marketing activities in local China.

• Project coordination with headquarters in Austria.

• Working place is in Shanghai Office.
  
  

                      

Requirements:

  

• College degree or above graduated in economy business management & English.

• Over 5 years working experience in sales support & office management.

• Very good English is a must and computer skills (MS Office.

• Experience in the export trade of a capital equipment manufacturer.

• High flexibility and able to work overtime as required.

• Team oriented, flexible with interdepartmental thinking.

• Very good organizational skills and ability to work with little supervision.

• Distinctive social competence and good manners.

• Technically interested.

• Complete all additional tasks assigned by Manager.
