Job Description

- Assist the Operations Manager to handle daily Air  Operation processes in Air Freight Department and to handle some key account customers.

- Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors, overseas offices and customers to ensure smooth transactions.

- Ensure the capacity and procurement strategy, as well as its execution, is in line with the Group’s.

- To be able to work under pressure and stress.

- Declare permit thru Tradenet and prepare relevant documentation.

- Coordinate critical operational interventions.

- Checking and labelling of cargo as and when needed.

- To arrange survey, delivery or any customer’s request.

- Drive continuous improvement of Air Freight operations.

- To ensure correct information are being upload on our in-house systems

- Handle customer’s instructions or request as and when needed.

 Requirements

- A minimum Junior college diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or the equivalent.

- A minimum 5 years in  the Airfreight, Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry with the last 2 years working in airfreight department.

- In-depth knowledge of the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry, particularly in Airfreight.

- Strong leadership and decision making skills.

- Good communication and people skills.

- Strong trade net skills.
